摘要
目的分析受体罚儿童神经心理功能相关指标,探讨体罚对儿童神经心理功能发育的影响。方法通过自我汇报法,调查某校842名初中生受体罚情况,筛选出既往受体罚初中生105名、近期受体罚初中生35名、远近期同时受体罚初中生21名,按同等条件选择对照212名,进行瞬时记忆力检查、视觉反应时测验、划消试验和瑞文标准推理测验。结果瞬时记忆广度值既往受体罚组为(6.5±1.10),近期受体罚组为(5.8±1.20),远近期受体罚组为(6.4±0.77),对照组为(6.4±0.96),近期受体罚组低于其他3组(P<0.01)。瑞文标准推理测验中套合互换的抽象推理能力分既往受体罚组为(5.2±3.02)分,近期受体罚组为(3.7±2.95)分,远近期受体罚组为(4.7±3.14)分,对照组为(5.2±3.15)分,近期受体罚组低于既往受体罚组和对照组(P值均<0.05),其他实验结果分布差异无统计学意义。结论既往受体罚对儿童的神经心理功能无影响,而儿童神经心理功能的差异可能与儿童近期受体罚有关。
Objective To examine the effects of corporal punishment on children's neuropsychological development by analyzing the neuropsychological indices. Methods Students were divided into the forward corporal punishment group, the recent corporal punishment group, the forward plus recent corporal punishment group, and the control group according to their self-reported history of corporal punishment. The control group was matched with grade, gender and age. Their immediate memory and visual reaction time were examined. Meanwhile, erasing digit test and Rawen's Standard Progressive Matrics(SPM) were performed. Results Thememory span values were 6. 5 ± 1.10, 5.8± 1.20, 6.4±0.77and6.4±0.96, respectively. Therewas a significant difference in the four groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). In the test of Raven's SPM, E scores were 5.2 ± 3.02, 3.7 ± 2.95, 4.7 ± 3.14, 5.2 ±3.15 for the forward corporal punishment group, the recent corporal punishment group, the forward plus recent corporal punishment group, and the control group respectively. The results of other tests did not revealed significant differences in the four groups. Conclusion Forward corporal punishment has no effect on children's neuropsychological function. However, poor neuropsychological performance of children might impute to forward corporal punishment.
