摘要
农村医疗保障制度是农村社会保障的重要内容,解决好占人口绝大多数的农民的医疗保障问题,是关乎社会主义新农村建设能否顺利进行的关键。准确界定政府角色,厘清政府的责任,以新型农村合作医疗为契机,改善农村的医疗状况,对于进一步推动社会主义新农村建设健康、可持续地发展有着重要意义。
As an to the new rural important part of social security in the rural areas, rural medical security system functions as a key construction. The improvement of rural medical condition in the construction of new rural cooperarive medical care is of great significance to accelerate the healthy and sustainable development of the socialist new rural construction in the future.
