摘要
本文根据系统分析、多元统计分析的理论与方法，针对行业的特点，建立了一套科学的定量评价指标体系、数学模型和计算方法．利用化工行业提供的可靠数据进行了定量评价和计算．验证了此模型和评价指标体系的科学性、合理性。
Based on the theory and the method of systems analysis and multivariate statistical analysis, the scientific quantitative evaluation index system, mathematical model and algorithm were established. Quantitative evaluation and computation were made with the reliable data supplied by chemical industry. Scientifity and reasonability of the mathematical model and the quantitative evaluation index system were tested and verified. The results are correct.
