摘要
目的探讨新上岗护士护理操作培训的方法。方法拟定护理操作培训需求调查表,调查新上岗护士67名。结果87.5%的新上岗护士在操作上存在困难,95.31%的护士认为操作培训重要,190%的护士认为全部操作需要进行示范,96.87%的护士认为需要情景模拟,67.19%的护士要求培训地点在临床。操作上存在困难的原因有:18.75%的护士操作中的沟通交流存在困难,14.06%的护士对仪器设备的操作不熟悉,23.44%的护士操作的流程不熟悉,9.38%的护士对流程中的重点掌握不好,34.37%的护士认为在工作中练习的机会很少。结论编写适合本院的护理操作手册、急救流程手册;基础护理操作考核;专科护理操作培训;建立院内进修制度;急救技术的专项培训;沟通交流能力的培养;仪器使用的培训。
Objective To explore the training management of the newly employed nurses. Methods Self--designed questionnaire was used to investigate the opinion of nursing technical skills training among 67 newly employed nurses. Results 87.5% of the newly employed nurses had difficulties in operating procedures; 95.31% of them thought the nursing technical skills trainings were necessary; 100 of them thought it was necessary to have a demonstration of all the nursing operating procedures; 96.87 % of them thought it needed situation simulation; 67.19% of them required the place of training in clinic. Causes of difficulties in manipulation training: 18.75 % of newly employed nurses had difficulties in communicating with patients; 14.06 % of them were unfamiliar with the nursing technical skills of instruments and equipments; 23.44% of them were unfamiliar with the procedures: 9.38 % of them had not grasp the key point of the procedures; 34.37% of them thought the practicing chances were too limited. Conclusions To compose a handbook of nursing technical skills and first aid procedures whi.ch are suitable to our hospital, assess basic nursing operations, train nursing operation, ro establish a system of pursuing further education, improve the ability of communication, the training of operating an instrument.
