摘要
目的减少抗青光眼术后滤过泡的瘢痕形成，提高手术成功率。方法对３５例（３７只眼）青光眼施行无结膜切口小梁切除术。结果经３～１６个月随访，眼压控制率达９４．６％，并发症少而轻。结论无结膜切口小梁切除术是一种安全、有效的抗青光眼手术。
Objictive To reduce the formation of cicatrization of filtering bleb and elevate the suc cessful rate of filtration surgery of glaucoma.Methods Trabeculectomy without conjunctival in cision was performed on 37 eyes of 35 patients with glaucoma.Results They were followed up for 3～16 months.The rate of control of the intraocular pressure was 94.6%,and the operative complications were few and mild.Conclusion The results show that the trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision is a safe and effective anti glaucoma technique.
