摘要
目的总结健康教育在核磁检查中的重要作用。方法对我院老年高干门诊260例行核梯共振检查的患者给予健康教育并观察不良心理反应情况。结果242例患者无不适感觉;12例表现为情绪紧张,心律稍快;6例有不同程度的憋气,手心出汗,其中1例有极度恐慌,被迫中止检查。结论检查前重视患者的心理状态并做好健康教育,检查中与患者保持密切的沟通是保证检查顺利进行的前提与关键。
Objective To probe the effects of health education during the conduct of the examination of magnetic resonance （MR）. Methods A total of 260 patients receiving MR examinations in the outpatient department for senior cadres were given the health education and investigated about adverse psychological reactions. Results Only one patient’s examination was interrupted because of claustrophobia, and then he completed the examination after a rest and a detailed interpretation to him. Other patients successfully cooperated with the MR examination. Conclusions Attaching importance to psychological status, providing health education before examination, and keeping a suitable interaction with patients are the bases and key points of a successful examination.
