摘要
目的:探讨化疗患者出现营养相关问题时的饮食护理。方法:对104例住院患者在化疗期间发生副作用时给予不同的饮食指导。结果:通过合理的饮食调配,降低了患者化疗时的痛苦。结论:正确的饮食护理,可有效减轻患者口腔溃疡的疼痛,降低厌食、恶心、呕吐、便秘、腹泻等这些与营养相关问题的发生,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing of enteral nutrition among patients treated by chemotherapy when the nutrition correlative problem occurred. Methods 104 inpatients were studied and given various dietary instructions when the side effects of chemotherapy emerged. Results Reasonable dietetic adjustment can release chemotherapy patients from the digestive system symptoms. Conclusions Reasonable nursing of enteral nutrition can release patients from the pain of dental ulcer effectively, lower the in- cidence of the nutrition correlative problems such as anorexia, nausea, vomit, constipation and diarrhoea, and promote the recovery of patients.
