血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对高血压患者并阵发性心房颤动P波离散度的影响

Effect of Angiontensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitor on Cases of Hypertension and Paroxysmal Atria Fibrillation P Wave Dispersion

摘要 目的:探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)对高血压患者并阵发性心房颤动(房颤)P波离散度的影响。方法:观察68例高血压并阵发性房颤患者的最宽P波(Pmax)和P波离散度(Pdisp),并与ACEI干预治疗6 m后进行对比分析。结果:68例阵发性房颤患者治疗前的Pdisp为(50±13)ms,其中Pdisp≥42 ms 56例(82.4%),治疗后Pdisp为(42±11)ms,其中Pdisp≥42 ms 12例(18.6%)。治疗前后比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:ACEI能够减轻高血压患者心房解剖重构及电重构,减少房颤的发生。 Objective To probe into Angiontensin-eonverting Enzyme Inhibitor' s (ACE1) effect on cases of hypertension and paroxysmal atria fibrillation P wave dispersion (Pdisp). Methods Watch 68 cases Pmax and Pdisp of hypertension and paroxysmal atria fibrillation and contrast and analyse them after 6 months,ACEI treatment. Results All of the 68 cases, Pdisp is (50 ± 13)ms before treatment,of which 56 cases, Pdisp are ≥42 ms( 82.4% ). After treatment, their Pdisp is (42 ± 11 ) ms ,of which 12 cases ,Pdisp is ≥42 ms( 18.6% ). The difference is obvious after the treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Angiontensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitor can reduce the cases of hypertension' s atria anatomise remodeling as well as electric remodeling, it can also reduce the chances of paroxysmal atria fibillation.
