摘要
目的探讨缓解期哮喘患者用药依从性及其影响因素。方法选择曾经接受吸入激素治疗缓解期哮喘患者75例,采用问卷调查方法,由经过培训的护师以上人员与缓解期哮喘患者通过交谈法和随调法如实填写。结果75例缓解期哮喘患者中,仅有24例坚持按医嘱用药,依从率为32%,年龄、文化程度,经济收入,疾病程度,药物的副作用,哮喘教育不同者依从性有显著性差异。结论年龄愈大,文化程度低,经济收入差,轻度哮喘,担心药物副作用,长期得不到哮喘教育及用药指导的哮喘患者依从性较低。
Objective To explore the compliance of the patients with remission stage of bronchial asthma and the relative factors. Methods 75 patients with the remission stage of bronchial asthma and treated with hormone were investigated about their medication and obedience of doctor advice by questionnaire and interview. Results Among 75 patients, only 24 patients in the remission stage of bronchial asthma obey the doctor advice and the compliance rate was 32%. Patients with different sex, age, education, income level, severe of disease, side-effect of drug, and health education had different compliance. Conclusions The patients with old age or lower education or lower income level or more worrying about side effect of drugs or lacking health education have less compliance of medication.
