摘要
目的探讨前列地尔联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法将64例慢性肾功能衰竭病人随机分为2组：治疗组（42例）、对照组（22例）。2组病人均给予优质低蛋白、低盐、低磷饮食,静脉滴注肾安、降压、降血糖等常规治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用前列地尔80μg静脉滴注1次/d,中药煎汁保留灌肠1次/d,15d为1个疗程。治疗前、后查肾功能。结果治疗后治疗组的血肌酐（Scr）和尿素氮（BUN）降低,肌酐清除率（Ccr）上升,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前、后无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,2组治疗前与治疗后相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论前列地尔联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效肯定,有推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of alprostadil and clyster with Chinese crude drug in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 64 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into the treatment group （including 42 patients） and the control group （including 22 patients） randomly, Patients of the two groups were given the basic treatment, such as low albumen, low salt, low phosphoric foods, compound amino acid injection （9AA） qd, depressed blood pressure, depressed blood sugar and so on. Based on the basic treatment in the control group, the patients of the treatment group were given 80μg/d of alprostadil and clyster with Chinese crude drug qd for fifteen days. The renal functions were checked before and after the treatment, Results Compared to those in the control group, the levels of serum creatinine （Scr） and blood urea nitrogen （Bun） decreased significantly, and creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） increased obviously in the treatment group （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference before and after operation in the control group （P〉 0. 05）. Conclusions It is a safe and effec tive treatment with alprostadil combined with clyster with Chinese crude drug for chronic renal failure.
