应用肠内高营养多聚合剂和重组人生长激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者蛋白质代谢的影响 被引量:4

Effect of nutrison fibre and recombinant human growth hormone on protein metabolism in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨肠内高营养多聚合剂(能全力)和重组人生长激素(r-hGH)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者蛋白质代谢的影响。方法对50例急性加重期COPD患者在应用抗感染、祛痰药、支气管扩张剂、氧疗的基础上,给予能全力1000ml/d和r-hGH4.5U/d皮下注射,连用12d,用药前后分别检测蛋白质、免疫球蛋白、尿素、肌酐、血糖、肝功能、血红蛋白、红细胞计数等指标,比较治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果治疗后总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、前白蛋白、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)、血糖比治疗前增高;尿素比治疗前明显减低;总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、肌酐、血红蛋白、红细胞计数无明显变化。结论能全力和r-hGH能通过促进蛋白质代谢的影响,有效改善COPD患者的营养状况,提高免疫力,对配合病因治疗有积极意义。 Objective To observe the effect of nutrison fibre and recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) on protein metabolism in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods On base of using anti-infection,expectorants,bronchial tube relaxant,oxygen treatment,totally 50 patients with COPD(acute aggravation time) were used in nutrison fibre(1000 ml/d) and subcutaneously injected with r-hGH(4.5 U/d) for 12 days,the serum levels of protein,immunoglobulin,urea,creatinine,blood glucose,hepatic function,hemoglobin and red blood cell count were measured,compared the changes of all indexes before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of total protein,albumin,globulin,prealbumin,blood glucose were all heightened,the levels of urea was decreased markedly,the levels of immunoglobulin was increased markedly,the levels of total bilirubin,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxal(o) acetic transaminase,alkaline phosphatase,creatinine,hemoglobin,red blood cell count were all no changed obviously compared with before treatment. Conclusion Nutrison fibre and r-hGH can improve effectively the nutrition condition and the immunity of patients with COPD by promoting protein metabolism,this way has the positive sense to coordinate the treatment of disease cause .
