摘要
有机溶剂引入ICP-AES是人们感兴趣的一个研究领域,因为它具有水相-ICP所不具备的一些特征,主要是: 1)对一些元素谱线的增强作用; 2)可以与各种分离富集手段(特别是溶剂萃取)联用; 3)可防止难挥发的金属氧化物的形成,提高原子化效率; 4)可直接测定有机试样(如石油、酒类)中的金属元素。文献[8]报导了Cd(Ⅱ)或Hg(Ⅱ)
PMBP/acetate system was used to extract the rare earth elements (La and Y) at pH 5.5. The organic phase was injected to ICP directly with peristaltic pump in pulse way. The enhancement effect was found and the enhancement factors were 3.6 to 11.9 for La and Y under different concentrations. the detection limits were 5.3 and 0.28ng/ml for La and Y respectively, and improved by 3 to 10 times compared with those of La and Y in aqueous phase. The RSD (n=10) were 3.0 and 4.2%. It is hoped that this method may be applied to the analysis of trace REE in complicated materials.
