摘要
煤矿压气系统中普遍应用的KGLF系列同步电动机励磁装置,采用晶闸管相控及分立元件控制电路,存在结构复杂、体积大、故障率高、快速性差、调试困难等问题。用基于DSP的控制策略替代原控制方案,可以有效地解决现有同步电动机励磁装置的以上诸问题,对提升励磁装置综合性能和指标,具有积极的意义。
KGLF series synchronous motor excitation device that applies commonly in the air injection system of coal mine, composed mainly by impulse shift control SCR and separated control devices, the structure is complex, large volume, high fault rate, weak speediness, hard debug and so on. Control tactics based on the DSP to instead of SCR control method, can solve these problems effectively what we have talked about, and play a positive role in enhancing the synthetical function and index of synchronous motor.
