抗压强度自动测试系统对人造金刚石选型质量进行定量评价的可行性研究

摘要 本文简要介绍了金刚石抗压强度自动测试仪的工作原理,通过对人造金刚石样品测试试验,计算了人造金刚石样品抗压强度值的平均偏离率,并采用平均偏离率表示人造金刚石的选型质量。通过对比,其结果与目视效果基本一致,这种评价方法比较确切、便于交流,通过长期的实践发现,平均偏离率小于0.1时人造金刚石的选型质量最好,在0.1-0.15之间时人造金刚石的选型质量比较好,在0.15-0.2之间时人造金刚石选型质量一般,0.2-0.25之间时人造金刚石的选型质量较差,大于0.25时人造金刚石的选型质量非常差,这种方法具有很高的实用性。 In this paper, the operating principle of automatic compressive strength tester was introduced. Diamond compressive strength test was conducted. The average deviation rate of diamond compressive strength value obtained from the test was calculated ,and this average deviation rate was used to indicate the accuracy of grade classification. It is observed by many experiments that the classification expressed with average deviation conform well with visual estimation. The best accuracy comes when the value is under 0. 1 ;quite good accuracy comes when the value is 0.1 - 0.15; when the deviation value is 0.15 - 0.2 and 0.2 - 0. 25, the estimation value is bad to worse.
