摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定双醋瑞因有关物质和含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(47:53,用醋酸调节pH值至2.7)为流动相,检测波长为254 nm。结果双醋瑞因与有关物质分离良好,线性范围为12~100μg.mL-1(r=1.000 0,n=7),最低检出量为0.5 ng。结论该法简单快速,专属性强,结果准确,可用作双醋瑞因含量测定和有关物质检查的方法。
Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination on the content of diacerein and its related substances. Methods A C18 column was used , the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (adjust pH to 2.7 with acetic acid) (47 : 53) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results Diacerein and related substances could be well isolated. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 12 - 100 μg·min^-1 with r = 1. 000 0 ( n = 7 ). The detection limit was 0.5 ng. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination on the content of diaeerein and its related substances.
