摘要
研究了无水硫酸钙(CSA)及不同固化液对α-磷酸三钙(α-TCP)体系骨水泥的显微结构、固化时间、力学强度及物相组成等的影响。结果表明,无水硫酸钙的加入对骨水泥的固化时间及晶形结构产生明显的影响,并可导致骨水泥抗压强度的提高。无水硫酸钙/-磷酸三钙骨水泥体系是一种可以达到有效控制固化时间,提高抗压强度,影响可降解速度的新型生物材料。
The effects of different amounts of calcium sulfate anhydrate and different liquid for hardening on the microstructure, the setting time, compressive strength and phase composition of the CSA/α-TCP bone cement were investigated. The results show that the additive of CSA affects the microstructure of the bone cement, the setting time and the compressive strength of the bone cement. CSA is an effective additive to control the setting time, the compressive strength and biodecomposed speed.
