改性滤料去除有机物静态吸附试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的通过几种改性滤料及未改性滤料去除有机物吸附试验研究,比较去除有机物的效果,确定其吸附类型.方法采用静态吸附试验的方法,对比未改性滤料和改性滤料对有机物的吸附容量及上清液的CODCr质量浓度.结果改性后滤料对有机物的去除率可由2%~6%提高到9%~50%,吸附容量约是未改性滤料的4~26倍.未改性滤料和改性滤料去除有机物的吸附过程中物理吸附和化学吸附作用同时存在,且作用力大小相当.Freundlich吸附等温线和Langmuir吸附等温线都可以用来描述6种滤料的吸附类型.结论改性滤料去除有机物的效果远远优于未改性滤料,其中涂铁石英砂除有机物效果最好. In this paper,absorption type of modified and unmodified filter medium is confirmed by experimental study on static adsorption of organic matter removal,and the removal efficiencies are compared.Static adsorption method is adopted to compare the organic adsorption capacity of modified and unmodified filter medium as well as the CODcr.concentration of above-clarified liquid.Experimental results show that after medium were modified the removal efficiency of modified medium is increased from 2%-6% to 9%-50%,and the absorption capacity of modified filter medium is approximately 4-26 times of unmodified medium's.Physical absorption and chemical absorption of these two kinds of medium are coexisting during the course of organic matter removal,and effects are almost the same.Both Freundlich adsorption isotherm and Langmuir absorption isotherm can be used to describe the absorption types of these medium.Therefore,it is safe to draw the conclusion that the removal efficiency of modified medium is much better than the unmodified medium,and the removal efficiency of iron-coated quartz sand is the best.
