摘要
目的探讨内镜下甲状腺部分切除术在甲状腺疾病中的应用价值。方法内镜下为20例甲状腺疾病患者实施了经胸入路的甲状腺部分切除术。结果全部病例均成功地施行了内镜下甲状腺切除术,手术时间90～180min(平均130min),术中出血量10～40mL(平均20mL),平均术后住院时间3～5d,术中及术后无明显并发症,随访3～12个月,效果满意。结论内镜下甲状腺部分切除术可以达到传统手术的效果,治疗良性甲状腺病变颈部无疤痕,美容效果好,患者的生活质量得以改善。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of endoscopic partial-thyroidectomy in treatment of patients with thyroid diseases. [Methods] Partial-thyroidectomy with endoscopic instruments via chest-wall approach was performed in 20 patients with thyroid diseases. [Results] All the operations were successfully performed without transformation, and the operative duration was 1.5-3.0 h （average 2.2 h）, and the blood loss was 10-40 mL （average 20 mL）. No complications occurred during and after operation. The hospital time was 3-5 d after operation. Follow-up of 3-12 months showed satisfactory effects. [Conclusion] Compared with the traditional operation, the endoscopic partial-thyroideetomy has the same curative effect and the advantages of minimal and hidden incision and rapid recovery.The quality of life of patients＇ is much improved.
