摘要
目的探讨调制中频配合低频磁疗治疗术后肠粘连的效果。方法采用调制中频配合低频磁疗对64例术后肠粘连患者进行治疗,将治疗结果与单纯常规保守治疗组63例进行比较。结果2组经过15d治疗后,治疗组治愈率为82.8%,对照组治愈率为55.6%,2组治疗效果的差异有统计学意义(u=3.3807,P<0.01)。结论调制中频配合低频磁疗治疗术后肠粘连简单方便,无痛苦,且疗效显著,值得推广。
[ Objective] To explore the curative effect of modulated intermediate frequency combined with low frequency magnetic therapy in treating post - operation intestinal adhesion. [ Methods ] 84 post-operation intestinal adhesion patients were treated with modulated intermediate frequency combined with low frequency magnetic therapy ; comparison was made on its result with that of the 63 cases in the control that were treated with regular therapy. [ Results] After 15 days of treatment, the curative rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.8% and 55.6% respectively, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01）. [ Conclusion] Modulated intermediate frequency combined with low frequency magnetic therapy is simple and effective with no pains on the patients.
