摘要
目的评价25例腰段脊柱结核并脓肿手术患者采用病灶清除术联合B超检查的临床治疗效果。方法对25例患者采取术前进行B超诊断与指导定位,行病灶清除术清除病灶,术后进行抗结核等综合治疗。结果腰段脊柱结核性脓肿术前B超检出率为88%(22/25),术中无明显并发症,术后无复发,临床治愈率达96%(24/25)。结论病灶清除术联合术前B超检查在腰段脊柱结核脓肿的治疗中具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of focal cleaning operations on 25 - cases with tubercular abscess of lumber spin. Methods After 25 cases were diagnosed and focus - located using B - ultrasonic, focal cleaning opereations were done, and the patients were given comprehensive antituberculotic treatment. Results The rate of detection of tuberclar abscess of lumber spina was 88% （22/25）. No significant complication was found during operations and no relapse occurred after operraions. The cure rate was 96% （24/25）. Conclusion B - ultrasonic examination before clearance of focal lesion is of important clinical applied value in treatment of tuberclar abscess of lumber spina.
