摘要
生命科学和生物技术的迅猛发展以及社会实践的需要,推动着生物技术产业化的快速兴起,一种新的经济形态—生物经济正在形成。生物经济已经受到世界各国的高度重视,我国必须抓住机遇,发挥自身特有优势,加快宏观环境建设,迎头赶上生物经济的浪潮,力争在新一轮经济竞争中占据主动地位,成为生物经济强国。
The rapid advance of life science and biological technology and the need from social practice fast the development of the biotechnological industrialization, and the bio-economy, a new economic form, is coming into being. Many countries have attached much importance to research and develop bio-economy. In our country we must seize the opportunity, exert our own advantages and promote the construction of macro environment to catch up with the tide of bio-economy. It＇s important for our country to establish the leading position in a new round economic competition and become a big country in developing bio-economy.
