摘要
介绍了辽阳石油化纤公司U54聚丙烯装置操作指导系统开发与应用情况。该系统由数据通讯系统、数据管理、物性数据库、设备参数系统、单元计算、工况分析、咨询和帮助8个子系统组成,各子系统间可相互调用。该系统是聚丙烯装置信息的总集成,可用于指导装置操作及培训。
A computer -integrated guiding operation system has been developed and applied to PP unit in Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber Corporation. The system software was consisted of 8 subsystems such as database of chemical porperties, plant parameters, unit calculation and consultation etc.. All the subsystems were interconnected, and could be called each other. The system included integrated infomation of PP facilities, which could be used in operation guide and training course of the operators.
