摘要
面对各种各样的危机,如何建立一个全面整合的危机管理体系,不断提升政府对危机管理的能力,是目前我国政府危机管理的最大挑战。文章指出了我国政府危机管理中存在的问题,提出应从预防阶段、反应阶段和恢复阶段入手来构建全方位的政府危机管理对策。
Considering the possibilities of various crisis, it is a great challenge for China＇ s governmental management to establish an integrated crisis-managing system and improve the crisis managing competence. Revealing the problems in current managing system, the article proposed that the full dimension solutions should be developed from three stages including precaution, reaction and recovery.
