短期UV-C间断和连续照射对辣椒幼苗生长及生理的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了更好地利用紫外线C(UV-C)抑制幼苗生长的特性来培育壮苗,以普通日光灯照射作为对照,在UV-C总辐射剂量相同的情况下,设间断照射(8 min×2)和连续照射(16 min×1)2个处理,研究了短期UV-C间断照射和连续照射对辣椒幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,UV-C间断照射处理辣椒幼苗的电导率、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量均比连续照射处理和对照高,株高、全株鲜重及根系活力比连续照射处理和对照低;间断照射和连续照射处理的可溶性蛋白质含量均表现为在2~22 d比对照高,22~42 d比对照低。UV-C照射对辣椒幼苗叶片叶绿素含量影响不大,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对辣椒在UV-C辐射反应中的保护作用也不大。说明UV-C间断照射对辣椒幼苗的影响大于连续照射。 In order to use UV-C to cultivate strong seedlings better,the effects of short-term interrupted and continuous ultraviolet-C radiation on the growth and physiological characteristics of pepper seedling are studied. The experiment takes the ordinary lamp radiation as comparison and sets up continuous radia- tion sixteen minutes once, and interrupted radiation eight minutes twice. The results show that the interrupted UV-C radiation can significantly increase CAT,POD and MDA,but decrease its plant height and the root vigor;after treated 2-22 d the content of the soluble protein is higher than CK and after 22~42 d lower than CK;UV-C radiation has little effect on the chlorophyll content and the activity of SOD,from which it can be concluded that the interrupted radiation has bigger effects on pepper seedlings than the continuous one.
