摘要
目的探讨化学消融术后的肥厚型心肌病患者与未经化学消融术治疗的患者12导联心电图的差别。方法选择我院2003年～2005年经临床及心脏彩超诊断为肥厚型心肌病者40例,男性29例,女性11例,平均年龄48.4±14.9岁,其中有化学消融指征且手术成功者4例,观察化学消融术前术后12导联心电图改变,并随访1周至6个月,与其他36例患者12导联心电图进行比较。结果术后心电图ST-T改变、左室高电压表现在1周至6个月内下移程度逐渐减少,术后未见异常Q波病例,1例ST段抬高。结论12导联心电图不失为评价化学消融术治疗肥厚型心肌病疗效的理想的无创性方法。
Objective To study the 12 leads electrocardiogram （ECG） in the patients with the operation of percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation （PTSMA）. Methods Select 40 patients who had been diagnosed as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. 4 patients of them had the indication of chemical ablation and were analyzed and compared with others. Results After the operation one week to six months ,the change of the ST-T of ECG and the left ventricular high voltage come down, there is no one with abnormal Q wave and only one person＇s ST segment went upward. Conclusion The 12 leads ECG is a good method to evaluate the effect of PTSMA to cure hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
