摘要
应用免疫组织化学方法,对人工感染新型鸭肝炎病毒雏鸭体内的病毒分布进行了动态观察。结果表明:接种后不同时间,在肝脏、脾脏、胰脏、胸腺和法氏囊组织中均可检测到新型鸭肝炎病毒抗原,而肾脏、心脏、脑组织中均未检测到病毒抗原。病毒抗原均位于阳性细胞的细胞质中。研究结果提示,感染雏鸭的肝脏和胰脏的组织病理变化与病毒的分布有关。
New type duck hepatitis virus was detected in the infected duck at different times by indirect enzyme immunoassay. The result revealed that the virus was detected in liver, spleen, pancreas, thymus gland and bursa of Fabricius. The virus was not detected in kidney, heart and brain. The virus was located in cytoplasm of positive cells. It was showed that the histopathology of liver and pancreas was related to the distribution of virus.
