硼对硼高、低效2个甘蓝型油菜品种衍生的DH系籽粒品质的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Boron on Seminal Quality of Doubled Haploid Population Derived from Two Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) Cultivars with Low and High Boron Nutrition Efficiency

摘要 通过田间试验,研究了硼对甘蓝型油菜硼高效品种宁油7号和硼低效品种Tapidor及其衍生的186个DH株系产量和品质的影响,结果表明:施硼降低油菜籽粒硫甙和芥酸含量,提高脂肪和油酸含量;硼效率与油菜株系的籽粒品质之间没有相关关系;因此,通过油菜品质指标不可能反映油菜品系的硼效率。 In field trial, effects of boron on seminal yield and quality of Ningyou No. 7--high boron (B) efficient cultivar and Tapidor--low B efficient cultivar, as well as their doubled haploid (DH) population (n=186) were studied. The results showed that when enough boron fertilizer were supplied to the soil, glucosindate and erucic acid content would be decreased, at the same time, oleic acid and oil centent would be increased. There was no significant correlation between B nutrition efficiency and seed quality, so it is not feasible to screen high B efficient cultivar by seminal quality indexes.
