主要阐述了和谐图书馆的内涵以及构建和谐图书馆的重要意义,从员工管理,读者服务,强化制度建设,形成和谐环境等6个方面论述了和谐图书馆的构建,最终达到实现图书馆的和谐发展。
This paper mainly expounds the connotation of harmonious libraries and the significance of constructing harmonious libraries and elaborates the construction of harmonious libraries from six aspects such as staff management, readers service, the reinforcement of institution and the formation of a harmonious environment, which will lead to the harmonious development of libraries. 5 refs.
