工业控制网络协议与IPv6协议的一种转换方法

摘要 在企业自动化系统中,上层企业管理和生产监控大多采用以太网,下层车间现场大多采用现场总线,上下层各自采用不同的网络体系结构和协议。为了远程监控生产现场,实现异构网络的数据通信,需要构建合适的协议转换网关。通过对工业控制网络协议与IPv6协议的研究,提出了异构网络协议转换网关模型,并给出了一种基于中间件技术的工业控制网络与以太网的协议转换网关系统的设计方案,满足了底层工业控制网络与上层管理网络互联的应用要求。 Ethemet is generally used in an up layer business administration and production monitor in an enterprise automation system. But there is Fieldbus in down layer workshop. Different network architectures and protocols are adopted in up and down layers. In order to monitor the scene of long-ranged production and realize the communication of heterogeneous networks, it is required to build a suitable protocol conversion gateway. A model of heterogeneous network protocol conversion gateway is put forward, through the research on the conversion technology of industrial control protocol and IPv6. A new plan of protocol conversion gateway system based on middleware technology between industrial control network and Ethemet interconneetion was proposed, which meets the need of communication between industrial control network and Ethemet.
