摘要
高合金钢焊缝根部的"过烧"虽然未被相关焊接规程定义为缺陷,但实际上对焊接管道的使用寿命有极大的影响。通过对其产生机理、形貌特征进行分析,制定了相应的防范方法。通过理论分析和试验、研究论证了采用药芯焊丝和控制根层焊缝温度2种不充氩焊接方法的可行性。
Although root over-burn of high alloy steel welding lines is not defined as defect by welding regulations, it significantly affects the life of welded pipes. Through analyzing its mechanism and appearance, corresponding countermeasures are established. The feasibility of two non-GTAW methods, which are flux-cored wire and controlling root layer weld line temperature, are studied and validated through theoretical analysis and tests.
