摘要
目的:探讨急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒对心肌的损害,使急性CO中毒患者得到更全面的治疗。方法:对近年来我院收治的急性CO中毒患者的临床表现、心电图及心肌酶改变分析。结果:178例急性CO中毒患者中73%出现昏迷,14.6%出现心力衰竭,发现162例出现心电图改变,107例出现心肌酶改变。结论:急性CO中毒不仅对神经系统造成损害,对心肌的损害也很严重。需要给以相应的治疗。
Objective： Explore acute CO poisoning in cardiac muscle damage, and acute CO poisoning to be the more comprehensive treatment. Methods： Analyse the clinical manifestations, electrocardiograms, cardiac muscle enzyme change of acute CO poisoning in recent years in our hospital. Results： 178 cases of acute CO poisoning, 73 % of patients appeared unconscious, 14% emerged mentally and physically exhausted, 162 cases occurred electrocardiograms change 107 cases occur cardiac muscle enzyme change. Conclusion：Acute CO poisoning caused damage not only to the nervous system, muscle damage is very serious, we should be given appropriate treatment.
