摘要
本文探索了紫外-可见分光光度法对制备喹吖啶酮类颜料系列2,5-二芳胺基-对苯二甲酸中间体的纯度定量测定方法。通过建立校准曲线,并测定未知样品的吸光度,进而求得其与标准溶液的相对纯度。该方法简便、快速、经济、实用、精度比较高,可代替液相色谱仪法,用于生产过程中中间体产品质量的监控。
The purity quantitative determination method for preparing quinacridone pigment series infermediafe, diarylaminyl terephthalic acid with UV - Visible spectrophotometer has been probed in the article. The relative punity to standard solution could be got through seting up calibration curve and determining the unknown sample's absorbance. The method has merits of simple, quick, economy, practical and comparatively higher precision It could substitute the liquid - chromatography method and be used in intermediate product quality monitoning in production.
