摘要
为克服凸轮—连杆穴播器存在的缺点,设计了一种新型舵轮式杠杆开启穴播施肥器,在牵引工作状态下可自动滚动,实现入土成穴器入土;入土成穴器采用定、动两瓣结构,非打开状态为常闭,动瓣在达到最大入土深度后按杠杆原理打开,完成下位投种.对新旧两种穴播器的结构、开闭系统及其原理等进行了系统的分析比较,证明了杠杆开启穴播器优于凸轮一连杆型穴播器.
a new type of hill-drop planter was developed for overcoming the shortcomings of comparative analysis was performed systematically in terms of structure, opening and closing mechanism, for the two kinds of planters. The study shows that the helm-shaped hill-drop planter with lever opening mechanism is superior to the planter with cam-connecting rod opening mechanism, existing planter. The planting device was rotated automatically by traction and the seeds was delivered into the soil by a hole punch. The hole-punch, consisted of a fixed vane and a movable vane, was normally closed. When the maximum depth was reached, the movable vane on the hole-punch would be opened by the lever and the seeds were then dropped into the soil. In this paper, a comparative analysis was performed systematically in terms of structure, opening and closing mechanism, for the two kinds of planters. The study shows that the helm-shaped hill-drop planter with lever opening mechanism is superior to the hill-drop planter with cam-connecting rod opening mechanism.
