摘要
目的观察杏丁注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法将人选的120例患者按入院顺序随机分为对照组和杏丁注射液治疗组.于4周后分别进行肾功能(BUN、Scr)、尿蛋白、血脂(TG、TC)、肾动脉阻力指数(RI)、肝功能、血常规、血电解质等相关指标检测。结果杏丁组治疗4周后 BUN、Scr、Tp/24 h、TG、TC、RI 较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且较对照组治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血常规、肝功能、血电解质等指标的变化差异无统计学意义。结论杏丁注射液可改善慢性肾功能不全患者的肾功能、降低蛋白尿、降低血脂,延缓慢性肾功能不全的发展。
Objective To investigate the effects and safety of the treatment of Xingding injection in chronic renal insufficiency patients. Methods 120 hospitalized patients of chronic renal insufficiency were chosen from June 2005 to December 2006.60 patients（group C） were treated by regular renal protection, and the other 60 patients （group X） were treated by Xingding injection based on regular renal protection. The serum BUN, Scr, total urine protein（Tp/24h）, blood lipid （TG, TC ）, the resistent index of renal artery （ RI ）, liver function, blood routine, blood electrolyte were observed before and after the therapy in each group. Results The BUN, Scr, Tp/24h,TG, TC, RI were all decreased by Xingding injection treatment（P 〈 0.05）. The liver function,blood routine,and blood electrolyte were not obviously improved in each group. Conclusion Xingding injection can protect chronic renal insufficiency patients from some pathways and it is an effective and safe method to treat chronic renal insufficiency.
