摘要
介绍了我国环境保护的政策法规和行政管理体系、水电与环境保护情况、环境影响评价制度,以及水电项目环保审批制度、水电建设监理监测制度、水电项目环保验收与后评估制度、水电项目生态恢复与补偿政策、水电项目中的公众参与,提出了今后环境评价的工作重点。
This paper presents environmental protection policy and laws and administrative system in China, hydropower environmental potection circumstances,environmental impacts evaluation system, environmental examination and approval system for hydropower projects, hydropower construction supervision and monitoring system, hydropower project environmental protection acceptance and post- assessment system,hydropower project ecological restoration and compensation policies and public participation in hydropower project decision making, and points out focal points of the futher work.
