摘要 简要总结了小型柱体超声波电动机的研究与发展,介绍了自行设计的一种新型自由-轴支小型柱体超声波电动机,对其结构、运行机理和振型特点进行了介绍,建立了电动机定子的有限元分析模型,并利用该模型研究了定子振型、定子开槽、陶瓷片位置及模态简并等问题,给出了仿真优化计算和样机的测试结果。 Research on rod-type miniature piezoelectric ultrasonic motor was briefly reviewed in this paper.A new rod-type miniature piezoelectric ultrasonic motor based on free-shaft-fixed bending vibration mode with improved construction design was introduced in detail.The motor's vibration modes and driving mechanism were explained using the finite-element method.The vibration mode of motor stator,effects of slots on stator,position of piezoelectric plate and mode merge were investigated and simulation results were listed.
