摘要
随着人口的不断增长以及经济的飞速发展,农村环境污染日益加剧,针对该现状进行分析,并提出了相应的法律防治对策,包括应加强农村环境保护法制宣传,完善立法,严格执法,有效遏制农村环境污染。
With the increasing growth of population and the fast development of economy, environmental pollution in the rural area has become more and more serious. The present situation and proposes some legal preventing strategies were analyzed. Environmental protection in the rural area should be strengthened, and legal procedures should be perfected so as to effectively prevent environmental pollution in the rural area.
