ALow Voltage Fully Differential Operational Amplifer Based on Quasi-Floating Gate Transisters

摘要 分析了准浮栅晶体管PMOS的工作原理、电学特性和等效电路,设计了一种电路结构简单的共模反馈电路(CMFB),实现了一个低压低功耗的差分运算放大器。采用Chrt 0.35umCMOS工艺库,在Hspice下仿真结果表明:在电源电压为1.5V时,运放的增益为74.5dB,单位增益带宽为40.5MHz,相位裕度为650,静态功耗为1.2mW。 The fundamental principle of Quasi-Floating gate transisters,along with the electrical characteristics and equivalent circuits are discussed .Designed a simply CMFB circuit strueture,a low voltage low power operational amplifer is proposed.At a 1.5 power supply,using Chrt 0.35umCMOS model,the Op Amp was simulated by Hspice.,The Op Amp has a 74.5 dB gain,65o phase margin, 40.SMHz bandwidth, and1.2roW power consumption.
