摘要
通过对我国高速公路建设现状的调查和在高速公路建设实践中的探索，提出了一个新的高速公路建设模式。该模式通过业主建立对设计单位、监理单位、施工单位的约束机制，最终达到对投资、进度。
A new expressway construction pattern is put forward here in accordance with investigations into current situation of highway construction and experience derived from expressway construction in China.The pattern helps clients establish a restriction system against design and supervisory units,so as to ensure the control of construction investment,speed and quality.
