摘要
以强化悬浮式分解炉为研究对象,结合气固二相流理论,采用k-ε双方程模型,二阶迎风差分和SIMPLE算法,对分解炉内的气体三维流场进行了数值模拟,得到了热态和冷态下分解炉内的流场分布,为分析分解炉内的气体运动规律提供了有利的信息,对比结果为分析分解炉内的煤粉燃烧机理提供了理论依据.
A numerical model is established based on the 2500t/d reinforced suspension precalciner. With the two-phase theory and k-ξ two equation model. Numerical calculation is made for the 3D gas flow in the precalciner. In the calculating process, second order upwind difference and SIMPLE arithmetic are adopted. Comparison of the results of 3D flow in cold state and thermal state simulation discloses and predicts flow field in RSP precalciner, which can provide theoretical reference and useful information for the analysis of combustion mechanism of pulverized coal in precalciner.
