摘要
建立了单自由度非惯性系内质量不平衡转子系统的动力学方程,数值研究和分析了非惯性系作等加速和变加速运动时转子系统的响应.结果表明,转子系统的支承处于单自由度非惯性系内时,系统的不平衡振动响应会受到非惯性系运动特性的影响,转子原有壳体的系统可能会因非惯性系的运动而发生转子与静子的碰摩.
Model of an unbalanced rotor system located in a non-inertial system with one degree of freedom is given. It is analyzed some different cases when the non inertial coordinates system moves, and simulated numerically unbalance responses of rotor system. The center of the orbit of the disk's center will change to a new position when the supports of the rotor system accelerate with a constant acceleration. Specially, when the rotor is near the stator, the impact rub phenomenon may occur if the acceleration of the basis of rotor system is large enough . This will affect the running of the system obviously, and may make the rotor system unsteady.
