摘要
目的研究不同清炒品中蒽醌的含量变化,为决明子的基础研究提供了实验依据。方法醋酸镁显色,紫外分光光度法测定。结果决明子不同清炒品中游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量有显著差异。结论清炒温度越高,决明子中游离蒽醌含量越高,结合蒽醌含量越低。
OBJECTIVE To study the contents variety of different semen cassiae fried without additional ingredients,provided an experiment basis for the semen cassiae fundamental research. METHODS Colored with magnesium acetate and determined by ultraviolet spectro ety. RESULTS The contents of the dissociative anthraqui nones and the conjunct anthraquinones in the different semen cassiae fried without additional ingredients had significent difference. CONCLUSION When the temperature that fried was more high, the content of the dissociative anthraquinones was more rich, and the content of the conjunct anthraquinones was more low.
