摘要
学术权力和行政权力是存在于高校内部的两种基本权力形式,文章提出重建高校内部治理结构的核心是行政权力与学术权力的合理分配,并在分析当前高校存在严重的行政权力错位倾向的基础上,提出重建高校内部治理结构的对策。
Academic power and administrative power are the two basic forms of powers existing in universities. This article brings forward the idea that the core of the intemal structure reconstruction is to allocate academic power and administrative power reasonably and also puts forward measures for the internal structure reconstruction of the universities on the base of analysis of the trend of severe malposition of administrative power in universities.
