摘要
本文回顾了哈尔滨市"十五"期间农村经济发展状况,揭示了农村经济发展中存在的问题。认为哈尔滨市新农村建设过程中应当摸清农村经济发展态势和规律,有的放矢,以缩小城乡差距,统筹城乡经济协调发展为目标,着力提高农村经济发展水平。
This paper analyses economic development and discusses problems in development in the country of Harbin. The paper puts forwards that Harbin should hold economic state and laws in the countries of Harbin and should reduce the gap between the country and the city and consider the rural- urban relations as a whole.
