摘要
水利在农村经济的发展中占有主导地位。从水利可持续利用的观点出发,重点论述了我国水土流失的现状及危害,对水利在发展农村经济中的地位进行了探讨。
The sustainable development is the 21st century humanity harmonious development subject,the only way is to realize the harmoniousl relation between person and nature and the main method is to maintain the rural economy sustainable development, The water conservation holds the dominant posi-tion in the rural economy development. In the article from the viewpoint of water conservation and sustainable use, the present situation of soil erosion and its harm,especially in development of the rural economy,was discussed.
