水资源平衡分析是进行土地整理的前提和基础,只有摸清土地整理项目区的资源状况,才能因地制宜地对项目区进行科学规划,全面提高土地利用效率,确保经济效益、社会效益和生态效益达到合理的协调统一和效益的最大化。以辽宁省某土地整理项目为例,对水资源平衡分析的要点和方法作了详细的探讨。
The balanced analysis of water resource is the prerequisite and foundation of the land-planning and,based on the master of the land resource, it could be done to scientifically plan in line with the local condition for the improvement of land utilization efficiency in an all-round way,with good eco-nomic,social and ecological benefit. In this text in Liaoning Province some land-planning being taken as example, the balance of water and land resource was analyzed in detail.
