摘要
为了研究适合于种子无菌播种的培养基。以卷丹×红旗士的杂交种子为材料,采用MS添加NAA0.01-0.02mg/L和6-BA 1.0-1.5mg/L的4种培养基,研究了百合杂交种子无菌播种技术。在4种培养基中,培养基MS+NAA .01mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L的种子发芽率最高,为63.3%,小鳞茎的分化率也最高,为83.3%,子叶和真叶生长较健壮,生长速度最快。其余3种培养基的发芽率分别为27.0%、32.9%、40.0%。培养基MS+NAA 0.01mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L为百合杂交种子无菌播种育苗的最适培养基,且不需另外的生根培养基。因此,该技术简化了试验过程,提高了培养效率。
The culture condition of the aseptic seedling growth from hybrid seeds of lancifolium L. was studied.The result showed that the optimum culture medium was MS supplemented with NAA 0.01 mg/L and BA 1.0 mg/L. The germination rate was 63.3% and the rate of bulblet differentiation was 83.3% in the culture.
