摘要
目的研究对临终病人家属进行共情护理对护患关系的影响。方法85例临终病人家属,随机分为共情组43例和对照组42例,共情组给予共情护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果共情组护患关系明显优于对照组。结论对临终病人家属进行共情护理,既有利于两者之间的关系,又避免护士的耗竭。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Empathy nurseing on family member of hospitalpice patient. Methodes： The family members of hospitalpice patient were divided in to empathy nursing groups（43 case） and routine nursing groups （42case）, the two groups wore gave empathy nursing or routine nursing respectively. Results： The relation ship between nursing- patient in empathy nursing groups was improved more than in routine groups. Conclusions ：The empathy nursing to the family member of the patient just before dying is good for improving the relation ship of the nurse and the family member and avoids the exhausting of the nurse.
