摘要
以TY320系列推土机终传动为载体,以功能强大的三维设计软件MDT6.0为平台,对推土机终传动进行了参数化设计,重点介绍了主要零件的三维参数化模型的构建,并利用MDT的表驱动功能对其进行参数化绘图,建立零件库,最终实现三维装配。该技术的应用,减少了设计人员的工作量,提高了设计效率,缩短了产品开发周期。
This paper conducts the terminal drive's parametric design of the bulldozer of TY320 series based on the three - di- mensional design software MDT6.0. The construct of the three - dimensional parametric molds of the main parts is emphasized and parametric plot is conducted by the table drive function, then the parts storage is constructed, finally the three - dimensional assembly is realized. The application of this technology reduces the work of the designers,improves the design efficiency and shortens the product exploit cycle.
