摘要
介绍了在60t自动压机上增加脱模力装置的结构和工作原理:它是通过2个在压机侧面的油缸支撑一杠杆,以该杠杆在上升时顶在自动压机下滑块上的支点上,实现增加脱模力的功能;这2只油缸由安装在装粉凸轮轴上的定时凸轮控制,可与原压机协调动作,从而可以在压机转速较低的情况下生产脱模力超出其原设计范围的粉末冶金产品。通过合理设计模具,利用T型产品成形原理,可以在较低装粉高度压机上压制超高筒形轴承。
Structure and working principle of auxiliary stripping mechanism on the 60t mouldenpress are introduced. The cylinders assembled on both sides of mouldenpress support a rod which touches the fulcrum of down slide block of mouldenpress when it goes up and make ejection pressure increased. And this two cylinders are controlled by the cam of the press which can keep pace with the press. By this way, the press can produce products when the ejection pressure exceed its capacity and the running speed is low. Very long cylinder bushings can be produced on this equipment.
